FAQ

1.) Who can sell at the Christmas in St. Clair Event? This event is open to any handcrafted artisans and/or approved vendor. We only allow one vendor per direct sell company. (ie only 1 Mary Kay, 1 Scentsy, etc.). Sellers under age 18 must register and be accompanied by an adult. 

2.) How can I register as a crafter/vendor? Registration and payment can be completed online. If you would rather complete a paper form or pay via check please print off the application from the http://christmasinstclair.blogspot.com/ website.

3.) What is the registration fee and what does it cover? The booth fee is $35.00 for a 8x8 indoor space. There are absolutely no refunds. 

4.) Can I share a booth space? you may share a space as long as all sellers are listed on the registration form and each must have their own ST19 Form or Occasional Tax Exemption form filled out and sent in.


5.) What do I have to provide at my booth? Sellers must provide their own table and/or displays to fit within their space. Each space will provide 1 chair. 

6.) When is the event, and when are we allowed to setup? Christmas in St. Clair is held on Saturday, November 28, 2015. 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sellers can set up their booths at 7:00 a.m. the morning of the event. All sellers must be completely set up at least 15 minutes prior to the opening of the event and stay until it ends at 2 p.m. Booth are not to be taken down until after 2 p.m.

7.) Where is Christmas in St. Clair? Located in St. Clair, MN 56080. It is held inside the school, located at 121 Main Street West, St. Clair, MN 56080. 

8.) Is Christmas in St. Clair kid-friendly? We sure are! In addition to the craft/vendor show we offer Santa & Mrs. Claus, kids make-and-take crafts, balloon artist, horse trolley rides, live music, food, etc. 

9.) How will Christmas in St. Clair be advertised? We are advertised on websites and social media, in regional newspapers, school bulletins, hundreds of posters and flyers, signs, and in the city newsletter. Sellers are encouraged to advertise on their on social media sites.

10.) What is the anticipated attendance at Christmas in St. Clair? This is our 5th year, and each year we grow. We are anticipating 500+ attendees.
