The Christmas in St. Clair Committee invites you to be a part of our 5th Annual Event on

November 28, 2015. It will be held from 9:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. Craft/Vendor spots are limited

and are only reserved once we receive your RESERVATION & PAYMENT. 

All applications must be to us by

October 1, 2015. SORRY BUT NO FEES WILL BE REFUNDED.

This is a highly received event and spaces do fill fast. If you are a distributor/vendor,

please make sure your company is still open.  We only allow one distributor, per company.

This event is a lot of fun! We try and improve it every year! We love adding new events

and new crafter/vendors. One of the biggest compliments we get is for our wide variety

of crafters. We always have entertainment and food. Come join us!

The State of Minnesota requires that all Christmas in St. Clair sellers submit either a

Tax ID Number or an Occasional Sales Tax Exemption Request in order to participate. 

Please include with your application.

 (if you donate, this year we will advertise your business in a flyer we will be handing out to customers.) so if you want to put a coupon, etc. let me know, but I need this information asap.)

Liability Waiver:

It is hereby agreed and understood that the seller/vendor will carry

any necessary insurance covering any property displayed by the vendor/seller during the

Christmas in St. Clair event on November 28, 2015 and hereby exonerates 

The Christmas in St. Clair organizers and St. Clair School in its entirety from all liability

of any nature while said objects are being set up, displayed, or taken down/removed.
